Our Realtor Web Solutions system is the culmination of many years working closely with both agents and brokers to understand and produce real estate web sites that meet their unique individual needs while effectively marketing their listings to potential buyers as well as attracting potential sellers!

Realtor Web Solutions has been built from the ground up to meet the online needs of the Real Estate industry. It comes in a number of flavours to meet the specific needs and budgets of Realtors and Brokers. Realtor Web Solutions is extensible, allowing modules to be added to the core product at anytime.

General Features

  • Content Management – add, modify and remove pages and content.
  • Listings management – add, modify and remove listings.
  • Image management – upload images, order images and add descriptions to images for each listing. Images automatically resized and optimized to the correct dimensions. Unlimited number of images per listing (dependant on space available on hosting).
  • Agent Management – add, modify and remove agents. Agent version can only add 1 agent.
  • Custom Site Design.
  • Overall Google Map showing all properties (up to an optimal maximum).

  • Custom Listing Pages – create your own listing pages based on selected search criteria.

  • Community Profiles – add information about communities that can be displayed with listings. Data not included.
  • FAQ – create an FAQ page.
  • Newsletter – sends information about new listings, newly priced listings, recently sold listings and user selected listings. Integrated with MailChimp. (Optional extra).
  • Framed IDX integration.
  • Office Board – produce office cut sheets. Broker version only.
  • Offices – manage information about your office or offices. Agent version can only add 1 office.
  • PDF Listings Catalogue – users can generate their own PDF of listings that meet their search criteria. (Optional extra).
  • Schools – add information about local schools to include with listings.
  • Generate HTML flyer for a listing, suitable for posting on Craigslist or eBay. (Optional extra).
  • Localization – detect the user’s geographical location. (Optional extra).
  • Facebook integration. (Optional extra).
  • Rentals – add properties that you currently have for rent. (Optional extra).
  • Agent Portal – private area for agents to access documentation added by broker and access metrics information. Broker version only. (Optional extra).

  • Local Amenities – Google map to display local amenities (as defined by the agent) such as Gas Stations, etc. (Optional extra).
  • Multi Currency – display the price of a listing in multiple currencies. Currencies are automatically updated nightly. (Optional extra).
  • Weather – display the weather forecast for the day and location an open house is scheduled. Weather information is automatically updated nightly. (Optional extra).

Site Statistics/Performance

  • Google Analytics integration
  • Listing Metrics – tracks each listing and records when it appears in searches or the details of a listing is displayed. The agent can generate a PDF report to send to the client including the metric information and information on other properties that have sold in the same area in the same price range. (Optional extra).

Website Maintenance

  • Automated database backup (scheduled to run nightly) – a copy of the database will be emailed to a designated user each night. Note, does not backup files or images.
  • Cache Management
